PAYMENTS

When the quote is approved, an invoice will be sent to the appropriate email. Invoice prices are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change after this period.

Payments for logo design, and tshirt designs that do not require a custom quote will be made through www.laindoe.com. These payments must be made in full before the project begins.

Any package deals including web,apparel, and branding require a deposit. More details will be discussed when you receive your quote.

Clients receive one week after final project is approved to send final payments for project. After this period a $10 late fee will be applied, each week after the 7 day period.

Project files will not be sent out until the invoice is paid in full.

PROJECT REQUESTS

All requests will be accepted through the email at laindoe@gmail.com (please no text, calls, DM’s, etc.) Please allow atleast 24 hours for a response.

When requesting a quote, make sure to provide as many details as possible. This will assure that you receive the best pricing for your request.

PRICING

Detailed pricing will be discussed through email after receiving further detail about your project. Each service has a starting price listed on the Services tab. The final pricing will depend on the extent of the job. Non creative jobs such as tech packs, fixing files for print, etc. will be charged by the hour.

A fixed amount of changes are allowed for each project before additional charges apply. These prices will be discussed in further detail after the request is received.

DRAFT CONCEPTS

Concepts will be emailed once the first draft of mock ups are completed. Clients are encouraged to complete the initial review as quickly as possible. This will allow us to begin the finalization process in a timely matter. After receiving the first round of mock-ups, clients will send over their choice and list of revisions. The number of revisions allowed will be discussed before the project is started. Once the design is finalized, the proper files will be sent after payment is received.

What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround times depend on the project, and how many projects are ahead. Most projects can be completed within 7-14 days. Further detail will be discussed upon receipt of down payment. Rush Fees are available if project needs to be received at an earlier time.

How do you accept payments?

Payments will be accepted through Paypal only. You do not have to have a Paypal account to complete the transaction. An invoice will be sent to your email once the request is approved. Invoices should be paid upon receipt. Quotes will expire in 30 days, if there is no payment received.

Do you give refunds?

There will no refunds given for any service. Please understand my time cannot be refunded, therefore I can’t refund your money after a project has already been started.
